Rental Application Notice - Please Read
In the agreement, Applicant authorizes the Landlord, his agents, and representatives to make any inquiries necessary to verify the information provided, including but not limited to direct contact with Applicant’s employer, landlords, credit, neighbors, police, government agencies and any and all other sources of information which the Landlord deems necessary. The Applicant represents to the Landlord the information on this application is completed, true and accurate to the best of the Applicant’s knowledge and agrees that if any information is not as represented or if the application is incomplete the Applicant may be disqualified. The Landlord is not held responsible to the Applicant, his heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns for any damage done by reason of verification by the Landlord using the information on this application. In this agreement, the Applicant releases the Landlord, his agents, and representatives from any and all actions that may arise due to the research of information provided.
A deposit and first month’s rent will be required among qualifications, and paid in full before move-in process. Animal deposit(s) will be added to deposit if necessary. Once approved, applicant must obtain Renter’s Insurance.
Our required standards for renting this property are:
- All homes are offered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, or familial status.
- Gross monthly income should equal approximately three times or more the monthly rent.
- A favorable credit history.
- Be employed and able to provide acceptable proof of required income.
- Good references, housekeeping, and property maintenance from previous landlords.
- Limit number of occupants to 2 per bedroom.
- Additional requirements such as double deposit or rent paid in advance for applicants who fall short of above requirements.
By filling out the Rental Application Form, the applicant authorizes release of all information to J&R Properties.
