In this step, you want your buyers to be able to see how the space can be used for their family. Take the family photos off the walls, remove any clutter throughout the house, and make it look as perfect as possible. If it is an vacant house, consider renting furniture such as a living room set, dining room table, and even beds. This will allow the buyers to understand the space better and get a great mental picture of how their furniture will fit into the space.
